A Complex Verdict.

Preamable :

The Cold War was an political rivalry between the United States and the Soviet Union (U.S.S.R) and their respective allies that started after World War II. It was given the name of “Cold War” because none of the parties officially declared the war nor was there any direct millitary involvement. This war was pursued primarily through economic and political actions, propagagda, acts of espionage or proxy wars waged by surrogates.

A Complex Verdict:

The “Cold war” between USA and China is inevitable. Sooner or Later Pakistan and the whole world will have to face it. Since it’s independence Pakistan was an key ally of USA, Infact the first ever official visit ever done by any Pakistani was by Liaquat Ali Khan when he visited USA from 3 May to 26 May 1950. America has Given around $67 Billion dollars as AID to Pakistan. This shows how mature Pak-America relations are nevertheless Their mutual relations have been detoriating with time. This downtrend began after US sanctioned Pakistan in the critical time of Nuclear Development. While on the other hand there is China That wholeheartedly supported Pakistan Financially, Politically and Morally in the time of need. They have supplied the latest pieces So, Pakistan Naturally got attracted toward China and it’s Tempting amenities.

Sino-American Cold war is not something too farfetched. There’s even a Chance for a full scale war, A consequential one.  Nonetheless this “Cold war” is imminent or possibly this might’ve already started just wating to gain traction. China and America both are superpowers and they will do anything to stay that way. In the wake of begnning of such a war Pakistan will play a crucial and critical role. Pakistan will face a dillemma. Pakistan would be left with two options:; Americans or Chinese.

The old ally of Pakistan which helped them a lot following the creation of Pakistan in 1947 or the “All weather freind” that has helped Pakistan in it’s ups and down, Regardless of the Pros and Cons. Pakistan has one of the best or possibly the best Millitary leadership compared to anywhere around the globe. This combined with the political leadership of Pakistan knows the best. They know how to make pakistan a beneficiary of everything. Their Cunningness, Maturity, Consciousness, Awareness and their Attitude  towards undertaking a problem has various problems in the past and many to come during the future

Still, If we examine and observe the strategic pros and cons of both the participants of war and their advantages and draw backs China stands out. There are multiple factors contributing to that. First of all and the most obvious China and Pakistan share the same enemy: India. There’s a famous saying “The enemy of my enemy is my friend” essentially that’s the one of the main reasons backing the “All weather friendship” In case of a war china would take on the notheren end while Pakistan would take care of the westeren side. The economy of Pakistan is also Interwined with it’s chinese Counterpart.

So Pakistan grows with China unlike the US where there’s no benefit for Pakistan except couple of billions dollars in so called AID for which Pakistan has to sacrifices it’s invaluable and priceless Peace just to hear “Do more” from an incompetent human himself. How ironic for Pakistan to hear that after loosing around $45 Billion and around 75-80,000+ lives. The US has always been a back stabber for Pakistan whenever US gave AID it was only meant for short term projects. Not anything even compareable to what China has done for Pakistan like the “CPEC” This shows the trust in Pakistan from the Chinese, Nonetheless Pakistani Foreign policy shoud always be structured in a way which makes pakistan the beneficiary of it’s objective and if it hasn’t been obvious by now this is only possible if we adapt a foreign policy which is inclined toward China and the bigger benefits of Pakistan. As a reply of the favours done by China towards Pakistan.
